Becki stumbled onto the mat 7 years ago with her sister to do a workout together. Becki became instantly hooked to the depth and multi-faceted layers of the practice. Becki’s mind was blown as she discovered a sense of calm and groundedness in the midst of big life transitions and uncertainty. Yoga and meditation became an essential part of her daily life and propelled her into a journey of self-discovery, growth, and mastery. She continues to practice, teach and learn and has gone on to further her training in holistic health coaching and nervous system regulation to empower others to live life better. She has a very visceral teaching style that emphasizes the power of breath and sensations through alignment and engagement to allow students the freedom to explore their own body/mind consciousness and potential. Outside of teaching, facilitating workshops and retreats, or coaching 1:1, Becki’s time is spent mamma-ing and adventuring with her youngest two children, spending as much time outdoors as possible, cuddling with their family cat and even sometimes their pet corn snake.
