A full body flow that will guide you through the foundational principles and postures of power yoga. Connect breath to movement through a traditional vinyasa style sequence. This class will work every muscle in your body. (currently not on schedule)

Step into our signature experience! This practice will challenge you to find your edge. The class includes standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. Each teacher will incorporate their creativity for sequencing.

Hot Pilates

Want a tight core, solid arms, and sculpted legs? Join us for our full body Hot Pilates experience! Rooted in traditional Pilates principles, we add high intensity interval training. Most of the class in done in tabata intervals which is 20 seconds or work and 10 seconds to rest. This class is intense and for all levels. Now roll out your mat and get ready to sweat!

Power 50

Welcome to our 50 minute version of our signature Power 2.0 class! This class includes standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions.

Burn 50

Welcome to Burn 50! In this 50min form focuses, music driven fitness experience, you can expect to build strength, improve flexibility, coordination and range of motion. We use props such as blocks and weights to strengthen specific areas of your body. These classes will incorporate low impact movements to give you the workout you love while reducing your risk of injury. This class is heated and for students of all fitness levels.

Hybrid 60

Our Hybrid 60 experience integrates key elements from 26/2 and vinyasa to deliver a full body experience. Sync breath to movement in this class.

Restore

Restore 50 is our approach to a restorative yoga practice. This experience is designed to help align and support the body with the aim of improving overall circulation, flexibility, and fitness. This class will take you deeper into your mindfulness practice and serve as a compliment to an active lifestyle. If you have your own bolster and/or blanket at home you'd like to use, we encourage you to bring them!

Join us for the 26 & 2 yoga practice! This practice consist of same series of 26 poses and two breathing exercises. Get ready to be challenged and we'll see you on the mat!
