Christina Hong

restorative yoga teacher

Christina focuses on having a yoga practice that is student-centered, trauma-informed, accessible and equitable. After 14 years of studying Classical Chinese dance and ballet, Christina experienced firsthand the benefits of mindfulness and yoga; bringing solace to her life both on and off the mat. In every class she teaches, Christina aims to inspire her students to feel empowered in their bodies, honor their boundaries, and enjoy the beauty of the peaks and valleys along the way. When she’s not on the mat, Christina enjoys hiking and foraging for mushrooms, tending to her many plant babies, and playing with Peanut, her 3 year old pit bull.
