Join us for a one-hour fascia release class! Using tennis, lacrosse, or dual cork balls, we’ll focus on the back body and legs to release tension and pain through myofascial release.
Fascia are connective tissues that support your muscles and organs. When tight, they can create painful trigger points, leading to headaches, dizziness, joint pain, and more. By releasing fascia, you'll improve overall body function and relieve discomfort.
Bring comfortable clothing, two tennis or lacrosse balls in a sock, a yoga mat, and water (extras provided).
