Inspired by Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power sequence, this sweaty class is both challenging and accessible for all levels. The movement is linked together by connective momentum and consists of five classical pillars: Drishti (gaze), Ujjayi (breath), Bandhas (foundation), Tapas (heat), and Vinyasa (flow). You will leave feeling empowered, energized, and awake!

Burn
This 50-minute, form-focused, music-driven high-energy fitness class is designed to build strength and improve flexibility. Through low-impact movements, you’ll enjoy a challenging workout. The class emphasizes coordination, balance, and endurance, using props like light weights, blocks, and resistance bands to target key areas such as your thighs, glutes, and core. Suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations. This heated session promises a dynamic and energizing experience.

Hybrid
Class Details: Take what works and make it stronger. This 60-minute practice blends the precise alignment of 26/2 with the creative freedom of vinyasa - giving you the best of both worlds. Breathe deeply, move intentionally, and see what unfolds when discipline meets freedom.

RESTORE
Class Details: Slow down. For 50 minutes, we sink into positions that improve circulation and flexibility while meeting the present moment. Think of it as your reset button: a chance to balance out the intensity of your other training and tap into a space of curiosity and awareness. Bring your own bolster if you have them or use ours - either way, come ready to discover what happens when you give yourself permission to truly rest.

Power Flow
Class Details: Discover a creative and grounding practice with Power Flow—a dynamic and powerful yoga experience set to energizing music. This class emphasizes alignment while guiding you through Sun Salutations, vinyasa sequences, and thoughtfully selected standing and seated postures. Reconnect with the rhythm of your breath to cultivate steadiness and ease, both on and off your mat. Power Flow is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations to customize the practice to your unique needs

Hot Pilates
Class Details: This isn't your typical Pilates class - we're turning up the heat and the intensity. Building from traditional Pilates principles, we add high-intensity intervals that target every muscle: core, arms, legs, you name it. We work in Tabata-style bursts - 20 seconds of pure focus, 10 seconds to reset, then back at it. The room is heated, the pace is quick, and the results are real. New to Pilates?
